Using this site means you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.engineno9inc.com (the "Site"), operated by Engine No. 9, Inc. ("Engine No. 9," "we," "us"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What the Site is for.
The Site is provided to share information about Engine No. 9's services, help visitors understand whether there's a fit, and let visitors book a call or otherwise get in touch. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data beyond normal browsing, or to misrepresent your affiliation with Engine No. 9.
Nothing on this Site is itself a service agreement.
Descriptions of the Operational Assessment, the Operational Spine™, Advisory Services, pricing ranges, and timelines on this Site are informational and subject to change. They do not constitute an offer or a binding agreement. Any actual engagement with Engine No. 9 (scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms) is governed by a separate, signed agreement between Engine No. 9 and the client, which controls over anything stated on this Site.
The content on this Site belongs to Engine No. 9.
The text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site, including the Operational Spine™ name and materials, are owned by Engine No. 9, Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or use the content commercially without prior written permission.
The honest version: this Site is informational, not a guarantee.
This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Engine No. 9 doesn't guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any outcome, result, or timeline described on the Site will apply to your specific company. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engine No. 9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and doesn't apply to obligations under a separately signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
This Site links out to, and embeds, a few outside tools.
The Site uses a third-party scheduling widget (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) to book calls, and may link to LinkedIn and other external sites. Engine No. 9 doesn't control those third parties and isn't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party tool linked from or embedded in this Site is subject to that provider's own terms.
If you opt in to text messages from Engine No. 9, these terms apply.
Engine No. 9 may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in, including promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary, up to 8 messages per month.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Engine No. 9 to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number the messages came from. After you send "STOP," we'll send one confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin later, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Engine No. 9 may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
